Assistant doctors make visits, as required, for follow-ups & treatments.
In-centre care & rehabilitation is taken care by our volunteers.
A dedicated ambulance & Rescue van is equipped for transporting animals safely & comfortably.
Fully-stocked medicine cabinet is maintained to ensure fast treatment.
Prosthetics are used for rehabilitation & to rekindle the spirits of handicapped dogs.
We are called for many accident cases where the animals are the ones who suffer the most.
Irresponsible driving renders animals handicapped & these accidents rob them of ability to survive.
We found "Tiger" in Rajarampuri. He has a medical condition where he is prone to fits. He is now a happy resident of K.A.R.E.
"Brandi" was abandoned by her owner at an old age. She is very lovely crocker spaniel. After treatment she is very active & a happy doggo.
"Bella" was found abandoned & wondering in Nagala Park. Her feet were bleeding & had maggots in them. She was on the verge of dying. K.A.R.E brought her in & treated her till she was all better. She is now very happy & strong pony.
We have treated a number of cases such as maggots, thyroid, skin infections, gastroenteritis and even tumours. Most of our rescues have healed tremendously well and a lot more are on the road to recovery.
"Raja" had severe wounds around his neck but he is all better & healed now.
"Stella" had a hip injury but is now fully recovered.
"Pepe" had maggots in his back & neck. He has made a full recovery & has been adopted.
"Patil" got injured while chasing thieves. He is fully recovered & protecting his neighbourhood diligently.
"Bitoo" is adopted by "Shantanu Mohite".
"Tuffy" has found a wonderful home in pune.
